**Responsibilities**:
Strategy development and deployment:
- Develop and consistently deploy the EMEA-wide integral Field Service Strategy jointly with Regional Field & Remote Service Managers
- Focus on deploying innovations, tools and processes that support achieving the highest possible levels of support to customers with a focus on first contact resolution
- Focus on in field maintenance and repair innovations to improve speed of resolutions, increase proportion of pro-active activities carried out in field and reduce cost of sales
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Uptime Support, Repair Workshops, and other areas of the medical division to continuously improve customer journeysFunctional management:
- Develop, review, and ensure achievement of KPIs indicating the strategic and operational performance of the Field Service business across all Regions and Countries in EMEA
- Deliver the EMEA budget for Field Service in line with Company targets and work with Regional Field Service management to deliver Regional Field Service budgets
- Support Regional Field & Remote Service Managers to deliver accurate work demand forecasting and appropriate resource utilization to allow effective delivery of field services
- Maintain the highest quality standards throughout Field Services in line with Quality and Regulatory guidelines and metrics

Your qualification
- Proven track record in a national leadership role in the Field Services area
- Several years of professional experience in driving large-scale change projects and successfully implementing strategic innovations in field service
- In-depth knowledge of the European Healthcare environment
- Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to leading international teams functionally
- Strong strategic, numerical, and analytical capability to understand underlying behavioral trends and to measure the results of Field Service activity
- High level of interest and engagement in Coaching for success as well as in providing technologically focused solutions with an impact on driving improvements in patient care
- Very good command in spoken and written English
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly self-motivated and able to motivate others
- Ability to travel throughout EMEA
