Zur Verstärkung unseres** Field Force** Teams in Hamburg, suchen wir einen **Head of Field Force (m/w/d).**

Der/Die Head of Field Force ist verantwortlich für eine nachhaltige erfolgreiche Marktentwicklung durch die leitung der Area Sales Manager und den angebunden Strukturen. Diese Rolle erfordert eine strategische Koordination und Motivationseiner/ihrer Mitarbeiter:innen sowie ein hohes Mass an internen und externen Stakeholder Management.

**Was sind Ihre Aufgaben?**
- Aufbau und Leitung eines starken Field Force Teams zur Steigerung und Optimierung von Markenpräzens, Umsatz und Marktanteil im deutschen Markt
- Führung der Area Sales Manager (ASM) (ca 8) inkl. 70-80 Außendienstmitarbieter innerhalb des regionalen Vertreibsgebiet
- Sicherstellen, dass Wachstum, umsatz und KPI’s mit den gesetzten Zielen übereinstimmen, sowie Monitoring, Verwaltung und Umsetzung definierter regionaler Vertriebsaktivitä
- Verantwortlich für die effektive und effizente Steuerung und umsetzung aller marktrelvanten Aktivitäteten, die von Cluster und Markt definiert werden
- Etablierung von Prozessen, überwachung und Interpretation von Quartals
- und Jahreszahlen auf Basis relevanter KPI’s zur Einrichtung der Ziele inkl. Budgetverantwortung
- Entwicklung des Field Force Teams zu einem verantwortungs
- und leistungsbewussten Außendienstteam, das eine starke Präsenz vor ort sicherstellt und unser Marktportofolio, sowie unsere Company Werte nach Außen hin vertritt
- Analyse von Vertriebsdaten und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Vertriebsaktivitäteten, auch in enger Abstimmung mit dem Channel Management, Trade Marketing, sowie auch Sales Operation
- Erkennen von Trends und Marktchancen und Ableiten von Handlungs Empfehlungen
- Aufbau und Pflege von langfristigen Beziehungen zu Kunden und Handelspartnern
- Leitung und/oder Zusammenarbeitin nationalen und internationalen Vertriebsprojekten auf Markt-, Cluster
- und Gruppenebene, sowie die erfolgreiche Integration in die lokale und globale Strategie
- Kountinuerliche Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung der NWOW, als auch die Motivation und das nachhaltige Coaching der ASM, sowie der verantwortlichen Strukturen

**Wen suchen wir?**
- Abegschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Außendienst sowie Erfahrung inder Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Starke konzeptionelle, strategische und Projektmanagement Skills
- Ausgepraegtes Verhandlungsgeschick, sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, eine hohe Sozialkompetenz, ein hohes Engagement und Eigeninitative
- Eine praezie, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Selbstbewusst, offen und begeisterungsfähig
- Nationale Mobilitaet
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrifft, sowie sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Office, Sales Force)
