**Dein Profil**:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Groß- oder Einzelhandel oder vergleichbare praktische Fähigkeiten.
- Erfahrung in der kaufmännischen Prüfung von Rechnungen und Verwaltung von Stammdaten
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und organisatorisches Geschick
- Zuverlässige, eigenständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere MS Excel, und idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP
- Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse - in Wort und Schrift
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Kaufmännische Verwaltung und Prüfung von Rechnungen
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Stammdaten für verschiedene Bereiche
- Unterstützung bei der kaufmännischen Abwicklung spezieller Prozesse
- Administrative Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen und Rechnungsprüfung
- Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Analyse von betrieblichen Daten und Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Unterstützung bei Projekten und projektbezogenen Aufgaben
