Its proprietary platform technology not only facilitates supply and demand matching but also offers a comprehensive suite of services, including cloud inventory management, fulfilment solutions, and fintech capabilities.

Since inception, the company has been at the forefront of construction material management, helping companies access high-quality materials efficiently and cost-effectively. The platform provides a user-friendly experience that empowers businesses to thrive. The team currently counts 75+ FTEs located across Germany (Berlin HQ), China, and India. The company is on track to achieve profitability and generated triple digits million GMV.

**What you will do**
- Develop and execute international expansion strategies: do everything that is needed for us to enter and successfully penetrate new European markets, and beyond.
- Outperform on own sales targets. Negotiate and close major deals, ensuring optimal terms for the company.
- Build, lead, motivate, and manage the international expansion team: ensure high performance and professional growth within the team, oversee daily operations, make sure we set up and run processes and workflows.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Promote teamwork and collaboration within the Growth team and across departments (Operations and Tech).

**Who you are**
- You have successfully built and led teams in international markets or multi-market environments. Experience managing diverse teams across different geographies is a plus.
- You are a role model and have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales. You built and managed your own pipeline (from lead generation to customer success). You achieved and overachieved ambitious sales targets.
- You have a hands-on attitude, you have a pragmatic yet structured approach to get things done.
- You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English and are fluent in other languages (eg: Spanish, Italian,...)
- You have experience in competitive and fast paced environments, such as consulting, VC or hyper growth startups
