Wir suchen ab sofort einen Head of Expansion (m/w/d) in Berlin:
Aufgaben
- Strategischer und operativer Ausbau unseres Display-Netzwerkes
- Zielgerichtete Expansion in Marktsegmenten wie Kioske, Restaurants, Friseursalons, etc.
- Leitung und Koordination des gesamten Expansion-Teams, inklusive Inhouse-Scouts und externer Vertriebspartner: innen
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Partnerschaften
- Regionsspezifische Marktanalyse zur Optimierung der Vermarktungsmöglichkeiten
- Qualitätssicherung der akquirierten Standorte nach definierten Kriterien
- Planung und Umsetzung neuer Expansionsgebiete in Einklang mit unserer Roadmap
- Einstellung, Schulung und Betreuung von Außendienstler: innen
- Reporting und Kontrolle der Expansionsstrategie
- Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen für einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb/Expansion
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau und der Entwicklung neuer Märkte
- Stark in Verhandlungen und Analyse
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
- Leidenschaft für Technologie und Startup-Kultur
- Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägter Ehrgeiz und Selbstdisziplin
