**Deine Aufgaben**
Du wirst in der Abteilung Demand arbeiten - wir sind für die Kaufkraft unseres Marktplatzes verantwortlich. Wir treiben die Expansion in neue Märkte voran, vergrößern unser Käuferportfolio, verbessern die Kundenbindung und -zufriedenheit und entwickeln neue Produkte wie Finanzierungslösungen.
Zu den Schwerpunkten der Rolle gehören unter anderem:
- Entwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen, um die Akquisition und Betreuung neuer Käufer zu skalieren und die Aktivität bestehender Kunden zu maximieren.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Go-to-Market-Strategien im Einklang mit der Expansion in neue Länder. Sie übernehmen und verantworten den Eintritt in neue Märkte und Segmente.
- Weiterentwicklung von Umsatzströmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Produktteams
- Ausbau unserer Marktkenntnisse und deren Nutzbarmachung für unsere Produkte und Prozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktteam, um unsere Kaufkraft und Expansion weiter auszubauen.
- Durchführung von Analysen unseres Käuferportfolios und Kaufverhaltens und Ableitung von Maßnahmenplänen
- Sie arbeiten direkt mit dem Management und Führungsteam des Unternehmens zusammen
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Vorstandssitzungen und Investorenkommunikation
**Dein Profil**
- Du hast einen überdurchschnittlichen Abschluss in BWL, Management, Marketing & Vertrieb, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.ä.
- 1-2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung sind von Vorteil, mindestens aber einschlägige Praxiserfahrung in Startups, Beratungen oder ähnlichem.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (Min. C1)
- Du gehst anspruchsvolle Projekte und funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Leidenschaft an.
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung mit Motivation und Tatkraft.
- Du bist offen für andere Menschen, andere kulturelle Hintergründe und neue Perspektiven.
- Du meisterst deinen Arbeitsalltag mit kreativen Lösungen und "out of the box" Denken.
