**CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (m/w/d) -**

**E-COMMERCE Team Europe**

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Übergreifendes Order Management und Stammdatenpflege in SAP S/4 HANA: Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen, Gutschriften sowie Rechnungsstellung
- Garantieansprüche und Ersatzteilanfragen
- Kundenreklamationsbearbeitung per Tickettool (Salesforce)
- Retourenerfassung und Überprüfung sowie deren Koordination in Versand und Logistik

**Das zeichnet Dich aus**:

- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Service sowie E-Commerce, idealerweise auch im Amazon-Umfeld
- Eine ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Denkweise
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Verständnis auf die Bedürfnisse verschiedener Zielgruppen einzugehen, insbesondere im B2C-Umfeld
- Kommunikations
- und Organisationsgeschick
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
