Specialist Import/export

**Your mission**:

- Handling all foreign trade operations, including certificates of origin, customs invoices, Carnet A.T.A., and filing all legally required customs documents
- Independent preparation and monitoring of customs inspections, certificates, and authorizations
- Independent determination of origin and preferential status for goods, as well as their customs classification and tariffing
- Processing of long-term supplier declarations
- Monitoring of embargo and sanctions lists, as well as embargo measures
- Implementation of export control measures, including necessary notifications to BAFA
- Close collaboration with business partners, service providers, and authorities
- Monitoring of import customs clearance
- Organization and supervision of transport operations in close cooperation with logistics service providers
- Preparation and execution of internal training sessions
- Support in ensuring on-time, quality-assured production, packaging, and shipment of Wingcopter products
- Performing general logistics tasks
- Control of processing steps and monitoring of safety regulations

**Your profile**:

- Vocational training in the field of customs or as a forwarding agent, with relevant further training in the field
- Initial professional experience with a focus on customs and foreign trade, working with several international customers or locations
- Compliance with current standards, regulations, and laws
- Independent and conscientious organizational talent with a structured, analytical working style and good time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of ATLAS and MS Office
- Confident handling of ERP and DMS systems, SAP HANA skills are an advantage
- Good German and English skills for a smooth workflow
- Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure
