Product Owner Customer Intelligence

Your Profile- Define and implement the strategic direction and roadmap for our Customer Intelligence Analytics initiatives based on business and marketing needs, market trends, and insights- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize key use cases for customer intelligence analytics, ensuring alignment with business objectives- Complement your experience in the ideation processes for data & analytics use cases around CRM & other customer related tools and support the architecture teams in defining solution designs- Work closely with data engineers and analytics professionals to design and develop data products that enable strategic insights into customer behavior, preferences, and market trends- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations- Partner with key internal customers, such as finance and controlling units, to understand their requirements and ensure the integration of analytics solutions in a co-creational mode- Collaborate with other Product Owners, Data Engineers, and Analytics professionals to unify data and analytics products for maximum impact across the organization- Identify new requirements and design/build data flows on our enterprise data platform, leveraging Microsoft Azure technologies, to meet the evolving needs of our customers- Optimize and develop dashboards and reporting solutions, identifying new opportunities to differentiate our business intelligence and analytics offerings.- Work closely with UX designers and business analysts to ensure that solutions are designed to meet users' needs and provide a seamless user experience- Track and estimate the impact of customer intelligence analytics initiatives on business outcomes and communicate the value delivered to stakeholders
Your Profile- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on customer intelligence analytics or related fields- Strong understanding of data engineering, business intelligence, and advanced analytics methods, such as machine learning- Experience in developing and executing strategic roadmaps and driving product vision- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization- Proficiency in working with enterprise data platforms and cloud technologies, such as Microsoft Azure- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets- Familiarity with UX design principles and the ability to work closely with UX designers to deliver user-centric solutions- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements- Experience in customer analytics & insights, CRM tools like MS Dynamics, SAP CRM or Salesforce is a plus- Passion for driving a data-driven culture and promoting the value of customer intelligence analytics within the organization- A pro-active and hands-on approach to challenges and getting things done mindset- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
