Are you looking for a 6- to 12-month high-impact internship in a globally leading company? Are you an enthusiastic learner who has a passion for
**recruitment and other talent acquisition** initiatives, and enjoys working in a company in which your development is key? DHL Supply Chain has the opportunity for you.

**What will be your job?**
- Actively support our recruitment processes (from attractive job postings to selection of best fits and coordination of interviews)
- Take over responsibility for talent acquisition initiatives to further improve our processes
- Prepare KPIs, support data maintenance, and update system requirements

**Who are we looking for?**
- You are enrolled in a university program focused on human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fields
- You are available to work full-time/part-time for a minimum of 6 months
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite: Share Point, Excel, Power BI, Teams, etc.
- Your English is fluent both spoken and written. Any other EU languages are advantageous.
- You are curious to learn and open to new ideas
- You have a can-do attitude, you are not afraid of going the extra mile
- You are a fast and independent learner
- You are keen and open to communication and cooperation with a multitude of teams and functions
- You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
