**What you will be working on**:
You will be managing and leading a team of mechanics to ensure the efficient repair and maintenance of our e-bikes. Your role involves planning and communicating goals, monitoring the development needs of your team, and sharing relevant information to foster smooth teamwork. You will also be responsible for implementing processes and safety protocols to ensure that our e-bikes are repaired and maintained to the highest standard. By maintaining inventory levels and ordering new parts as needed, you will be an integral part of keeping our e-bikes running smoothly. Depending on the possibilities, you can roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with bike repairs yourself. With your leadership and expertise, you have the ability to drive your team to success and make a positive impact.

**What you need to succeed in this role**:
You will shine in this role if you enjoy interacting with people, care about the environment and share our values of sustainability. You have good communication skills and leadership experience which help you to lead your team. You have proven bike mechanic skills and several years of experience in a workshop. You are a team player with a strong customer focus and you are confident in using digital tools. You have excellent written and spoken English and German skills, which helps you succeed in our international team and communicate with our diverse customer base.

**Who you will be working with**:
Ampler bikes are made by a team of 120+ people spread between Estonia, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Our headquarter is in the heart of Estonia's capital Tallinn and our world-class factory is in Jüri, Estonia. Ampler showrooms are located in Berlin, Cologne, Tallinn, Amsterdam and Zurich. Our offices are located in Tallinn and Berlin. We pride ourselves in having strong team values that point us in the best direction whenever we make decisions. You will join the international Warranty & Service team while working alongside the Berlin Mechanics, Berlin Showroom Manager and Showroom Assistants.
