You support our team as

**Specialist (f/m/d) HR Administration**:
**Responsibilities**:

- You will support the HR team in all relevant HR processes from joining to leaving, in particular in the preparation of contracts, onboarding documents, employee references and leaving documents
- You will process official reports and various general correspondence, also in collaboration with the time & attendance officers and external payroll provider
- You will be responsible for local inhouse trainings and external training management including their documentary
- You maintain the HR systems (SAP, Workday) and ensure data quality in the systems
- You drive optimizaiton and standardization of HR processes, workflows and interfaces in your area of responsibility
- You keep the personnel files up to date

**Qualifications**:

- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
- Work experience in a comparable position in the HR department as well as experience in working with SAP and Workday is beneficial, however not necessary
- Ideally you have basic knowledge in labour law, collective bargaining rules and social security law as well as works constitution law
- Confident handling of MS Office programs and modern communication media is a matter of course for you
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, a structured way of working and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German and solid English language skills
