Almedia helps leading brands in the digital space to acquire new customers. Users can find and test the latest games, apps, and products for rewards via our platforms.

We are seeking a skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our TA team and help build a high performing and rapidly scaling ad-tech company. This is an **Berlin office based** role, with only English language required.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies for our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations departments to meet the company's ambitious growth goals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on the recruitment process.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiations.
- Maintain and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring processes.

**Experience**:

- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry and a growing start-up environment.
- Track record of successful hiring and talent sourcing, especially for hiring onsite in the Berlin market.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
