About GTM Pioneers: Our mission is to transform go-to-market strategies for European startups, breaking down barriers that hinder their growth. We're on a quest to build an ecosystem that simplifies and democratizes go-to-market strategies.
This entrepreneurial role requires a dynamic individual who can foster community engagement, develop strategic partnerships, and lead digital and onsite events. As our Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and strategy of GTM Pioneers.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe seek a candidate with a strong drive to build and scale a startup. Key responsibilities include:
- Community Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our online and offline community, fostering active participation and creating a vibrant ecosystem of GTM professionals.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content tailored to the needs and interests of our community, including articles, blog posts, videos, podcasts, and social media posts.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute digital and physical events that educate and support startups in their go-to-market strategies.
- Automation and Workflow Development: Design and implement automation systems and workflows to streamline operations and enhance user experiences.
- Partnership Development: Identify and collaborate with potential partners to enhance our offerings and expand our reach, managing ongoing partner relationships.
- Operational Leadership: Contribute to the organization's overall management, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently and goals are met.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A solid understanding of go-to-market strategies, with a keen interest in learning more about building successful businesses.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions and AI-driven systems.
- The ability to create compelling, original content that resonates with a diverse audience.
- Skills in engaging with and growing online and offline communities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to forge and maintain strong professional relationships.
The ideal candidate is not necessarily a GTM expert but is deeply curious about GTM and passionate about learning and teaching others. You should be a natural content creator and community builder who thrives on connecting with others and growing a business from the ground up.
We offer a competitive equity share package and a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is an equity-based role with no initial salary, as we aim to establish a solid revenue line before introducing financial compensation. The role is remote-friendly, with potential travel for events.
