**Teamleiter Procurement Service Operations (m/w/d)**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Deine Hauptaufgabe liegt in der Organisation und Steuerung des operativen Betriebs im Bereich Procurement Services.
- Dabei bist Du verantwortlich für das zentrale Case Management. Darüber verteilst du die Aufgaben an deine Mitarbeitenden und steuerst die Auslastung deines Teams sowie die Bearbeitung der Cases auf Grundlage definierter Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Department (HoD) planst Du die Personalbesetzung und die Personalkosten.
- Du übernimmst die disziplinarische Führung Deiner Mitarbeitenden und förderst die individuelle Entwicklung Deines Teams, stehst bei Problemen als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung und trägst dazu bei, ein motivierendes Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen.
- Nicht zuletzt definierst Du relevante KPIs und stellst sicher, dass diese für alle transparent sind.

**Dein Profil**:

- Das Fundament Deines Erfolgs bildet ein wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher, technischer oder geisteswissenschaftlicher Studienabschluss und/oder mehrjährige Erfahrungen im kaufmännischen Umfeld, gerne auch im Immobilienkontext.
- Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Einkauf/Procurement (Purchase-2-Pay) gesammelt und kennst die grundsätzlichen Zusammenhänge und Rahmenbedingungen.
- Zielstrebigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen gehören genauso zu Deinen persönlichen Eigenschaften wie die Fähigkeit ein Team zu motivieren, zu steuern und anzuleiten.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst Dich aufgrund deiner ausgeprägten Empathie in deine Mitarbeitenden hineindenken. Zudem arbeitest Du strukturiert, gegen Servicelevel und kennzahlenorientiert.
- Du kennst Dich in den zeitgemäßen IT-Werkzeugen wie Teams, Office und am besten auch SAP aus. Nicht zuletzt bringst Du idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Arbeitssteuerung über Ticketsysteme mit.
