Team Lead Sales Operations

**The opportunity**
As the Team Lead of Sales Operations you are responsible for the performance, strategy, and alignment of all customer facing functions (B2B) at the Urban Sports Group. This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of Corporate Sales, Customer Success as well as Partnerships and maintaining and developing the systems and tech stack.. It furthermore includes sales support and enablement. Your team is ensuring that the interaction between those departments is aligned with the larger company-wide strategy dictated by the Chief Sales Officer and senior leadership.
**Your responsibilities**
- Build key metrics to measure effectiveness to ensure accurate data of KPIs of all customer facing teams and implement best-practices and standardization of all customer processes leveraging efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and maintain a topnotch Enablement function that will drive Sales and Customer Success productivity rates and own onboarding, training, learning and development within the revenue organization.
- Monitor the marketing, sales, renewal and onboarding funnel on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and drive quarterly business reviews and forecasts.
- Implement and maintain a communication and collaboration structure between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, as well as key stakeholders: Product, Finance, People, Business Analytics and Legal.
- Develop, document and administer global compensation plans and models that facilitate the scaling of the business
- Build a world-class team appropriate for the size of the customer organization and provide directional leadership for a growing team
**Tools and Systems**:
- Identify requirements, select providers, and implement key technologies to increase the impact of the customer teams and provide hands-on training
- Implement workflows and automation to reduce administrative tasks for revenue teams and ensure the correct data flow.
**Your KPIs**
- Productivity, Customer Acquisition Cost to Lifetime Value and payback period across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
- Time to productivity of all New Hires and average sales productivity within the customer facing organization and forecasting accuracy
- Customer organization operating performance against goals
- Customer organization adherence to workflows and processes
**What you need to succeed**
- Bachelor degree in Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- At least 3-5 years' experience in sales/revenue operations in fast-growth businesses - SaaS is a plus
- Advanced experience with company-wide CRMs and their implementation
- Hands on approach with an ability to build the foundational infrastructure and team from the ground up
- Ability to build strong relationships across global teams and functions
- Strong analytical skills and relentless attention to detail
- Executive communication skills
- Ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Ability to work across cultures
