**Your tasks**:

- Establish the transformation program framework with clear roles, governance and accountability
- Identifying, engaging and aligning the program plans and objectives with the various internal stakeholders
- Evaluation of transformation requirements, identification and prioritization of relevant projects and dependencies
- Planning, preparation, and overseeing the execution of associated program work-streams by coor-dinating the various on-shore/ off-shore delivery teams
- Manage the transformation program budget, tracking and ensuring the realization of the business case and financial objectives
- Define, align and implement the target operating model by facilitating the implementation of the re-quired organizational changes
- Overall responsible for driving the full life cycle of the IT landscape and organization transformation towards the future integration platform set up

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- Master Degree in IT Science /Engineering or equivalent working experience in IT
- Several years of IT experience preferably integration related
- Previous experience of driving complex IT transformation programs
- Previous experience of managing or coordinating global teams
- Skilled leader able to drive results by managing and coordinating global teams on-site and remotely
- Strong facilitator and communicator, experienced in stakeholder management in dynamic and diverse business partner environments
- Able to adapt to changes and perform in stressful situations
- Analytical and strategic thinker is able not just to identify risks and challenges but also derive alternative courses of action whilst maintaining the overall focus and direction
- In depth understanding of A2A and B2B integration patterns.
- Knowledge and experience of working with specific eiPaaS platforms would be a plus
- Experience within logistics or manufacturing industry would be a plus.
- Proficient level of English
- Fluency in German would be a plus
