**Ihre zentrale Rolle**:
**Vorantreiben von digitaler Innovation durch strategische Führung**
- Leitung eines eigenverantwortlichen Projektmanagement-Teams für die Innovations
- und Digitalisierungsprojekte
- Steuerung und Priorisierung des Innovationsportfolios zur Einführung und Skalierung von Innovationen und neuen Technologien für ERGO
- Mitwirkung an Innovations
- und Digitalisierungsstrategie
- Beratung und Begleitung aller Fachbereiche bei Innovationsprojekten sowie bei Bedarf Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung
- Vertretung des Bereichs Innovation & Digital Transformation nach innen und außen

**Ihr Profil**:
**Verantwortungsbewusstes Kommunikationstalent mit Führungskompetenz**
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in relevanten Fachrichtungen
- Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrungen von Teams und Projekten im Bereich Innovation und Digitalisierung
- Strategisches Denken, ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Kooperations
- und Umsetzungsstärke in Innovationsprojekten
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis für Innovation und neue Technologien sowie deren Anwendung, idealerweise in der Versicherungswirtschaft
