**Your tasks**:

- Steer customer focused solution designs for customer IT integration projects.
- Define and embed concepts with the aim to increase the knowledge of DB Schenker's IT capabilities within the Sales with focus on the key accounts.
- Create transparency regarding time and cost efforts from customer integration projects for better planning and calculation of such projects during offer process and before start of re-engineering projects.
- Consult with responsible departments to assess feasibility and provide information of existing customer IT solutions with the aim to reduce complexity and double creation of solutions.
- Ensure alignment within Sales on priorities for internal and external IT projects.
- Interdepartmental facilitation and prioritisation of "customer IT integration projects" both for new and existing business.
- Provide coaching, support, and review process for project request (PRF) prepared by the account management team to ensure accuracy and clear instructions before submission to the respective IT departments
- Enable account teams to have project lead time and cost understanding for customer integration projects by creating an overview of regularly used integration elements for customer interfaces and reporting activities and the related costs and time efforts.
- Provide training to the Vertical Market teams and the Account Managers to drive understanding of DB Schenker's IT capabilities and the quality of the sent PRF documents and to support the implementation process.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the account management teams during the project initiation and implementation phase to support accurate and timely delivery of projects and removal of barriers to success.
- Escalate identified quality issues to respective department where non-compliance to the agreed rules for IT interfaces, reporting and processes exists

**Requirements**:

- To be successful in the above role, the applicant should possess/ display the following key skills/ attributes:
- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, communication, inter-cultural skills
- Possess knowledge of integration technology and freight products
- Graduated in business administration or equivalent education.
- 10 years of related supervisory or management experience in sales or sales support
- Ability to work within an international matrix organization
- Fluent business English (spoken and written)

Within the overall Sales organization, the team "Customer Integration" supports development of Customer IT integration. Define and embed concepts with the aim to increase the knowledge of DB Schenker's IT capabilities within the Sales organization with focus on the key accounts.
