Aufgaben
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunden, Sales, Order Processing, Logistic und Accounting
- Vorbereiten von Präsentationen sowie Pflege von Preisen, Preislisten und Reports
- Dokumentieren des Fortschritts und Ziehen von Schlussfolgerungen, um dem Management Bericht zu erstatten, insbesondere durch Analysen, Auswertungen mit Excel
- Kontrolle des Budgets und der Kosten für die Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen und Messen
- Entwickeln von Geschäftsplänen und Unterstützung der Key Account Manager im Tagesgeschäft

Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt BWL, Marketing, IT oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung (wünschenswert)
- Logische und analytische Denkweise mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit und sorgfältiger Arbeitsweise
- Lernbereitschaft und Interesse sich weitere Erfahrungen im globalen Arbeitsumfeld anzueignen
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten als Teamplayer
- Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und Power-Point
- Fließendes Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
