Seoul Semiconductor Europe is hiring - Optical Sensor Development Manager (Infra-Red & VCSEL) - Europe


We are looking for an experienced and intelligent business professional to become our new Optical Sensor Development Manager (Infra-Red & VCSEL) in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • R&D : Development of Optical Sensor solution for LED business.
  • Product management : Leadership of product managing for optical sensor application.
  • Testing : Be initiatives in identify and implement continuous improvement for efficiency gain and quality improvement in product testing.
  • Transfer knowledge from oversea counterpart and implement to local production, and responsible to provide technical advice/ support to product development production.


Qualifications

  • BS engineering/commercial degree or higher
  • Professional (8+ year) background in optical sensor development or product management
  • Advanced knowledge experience in LED / optical sensor in the area of electronics and/or semiconductors, will be preferred
  • Entrepreneurial and business oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Interest and motivation to work in a global multi-cultural business environment.
