- We are looking for an experienced**Master Data Management Specialist (M/F/d)**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the organization's master data, including data governance, data quality, and data integration.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify data requirements, define data models, and develop data standards and policies.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and insights that can be used to improve business processes, automate functions, and drive innovation.
- Develop and implement data management strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Ensure that master data is accurate, complete, and consistent by identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies.
- Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reports to monitor the effectiveness of data management strategies.
- Manage data migration projects and ensure that legacy data is migrated to new systems in a timely and accurate manner.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Master Data Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Experience working with stakeholders across the organization to define data requirements and develop data models.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration best practices and standards.
- Experience with data management tools and technologies, such as data quality tools, data profiling tools, and master data management software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
