Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and facilitate data maintenance workflows within SAP, ensuring effective data provision and seamless data interchange among Brand Teams, Sales, and Retail Partners.
- Drive enhancements in catalog synchronization with Retail Partners and B2B platforms to maximize service efficiency.
- Engage in close collaboration with external service providers tasked with data upkeep.
- Work alongside department leadership and business stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive end-to-end concepts and data models, advancing electronic master data exchanges with Retail Partners utilizing EDI standards (EANCOM, GS1, GDSN).
- Contribute to cross-departmental process improvements.
- Serve as a primary contact and consultant for various departments regarding all master data-related inquiries.
Required Qualifications:
- Completed education or training with a focus on business administration.
- Initial experience in master data management, preferably within the FMCG or retail sectors.
- Understanding of GS1 standards and database frameworks.
- Basic experience in electronic data interchange.
- Proficient in Excel (including Pivot Tables, Power Query, SAP-Analysis for Excel), with additional IT skills (such as Power BI) considered advantageous.
- Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving aptitude, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to think entrepreneurially and work independently.
- A collaborative team player with a cross-functional mindset.
- Fluency in both German and English.
