**People Partnerships Associate (Human Resources)**

As a People Partnerships Associate at EA Germany you will be joining an international team and report to the People Practices Director - Central EU.

**Responsibilities**:

- People Experience contact at EA Germany. Partner with employees and managers to provide candid, unbiased coaching, and counsel to enhance our team effectiveness.
- Build relationships with internal partners, including our local Work Council and within People Experience to provide simple and effective programs and people practices for client groups.
- Support talent programs including engagement, talent management and performance review as well as our compensation and benefits programs.
- Monitor the accuracy of HR records and coordinate corrections.
- Contribute to international projects and assignments building your internal profile and proficiency.
- Partner with management to establish change initiatives within your client group and providing recommendations on communication.
- Work with managers, employees, and centres of excellence to help foster a healthy, collaborative, fun, and equitable workplace.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in a relevant field combined with at least two years progressive experience in HR.
- HR expertise, with demonstrated experience in career development and overall talent management.
- Outstanding program delivery experience by promoting talent programs across the business.
- Change management skills - you can work through complex challenges with both business and employee needs in mind.
- Experience with local employment law and employee representatives.
- Passion for creating healthy organizations and helping culture be a competitive advantage.
- Full professional proficiency (written & verbal) in English and German with proficiency in a 3rd language a plus.
