**Responsibilities**:
As an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing, you will work with your team to create and successfully implement new campaigns to strengthen our brand.

You are part of our dedicated leadership team and play a key role in implementing our corporate strategy.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and play a key role in shaping our company's marketing. A hands-on mentality is particularly important to us, as we are looking for someone who is willing to take an active role and lead by example.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- You develop marketing concepts to strengthen the Factory Network brand
- You manage the Factory Berlin website as a marketing channel, creating content optimising the on-page SEO and working with external agencies on technical SEO.
- You are responsible for PPC activities on Social Media and SEA, using your own skills and working with freelancers or agencies to deliver
- You lead a team of 3 employees, working with the Art Director, Brand Manager and Communications Manager to meet top-level marketing and channel objective
- You own the yearly Marketing Calendar, project managing all campaigns and activations across channels.
- You are the Marketing Lead on key partnership accounts, liaising with the client, and supporting the Head of Growth & Partnerships, in proposing and executing compelling marketing activations to support our partners.
- You design and optimise integrated marketing campaigns and implement them with your team, focusing on growing brand awareness for the business, as well as leads for our product portfolio.
- You work with your team to monitor and report on Marketing KPIs, optimising your strategies to ensure long-term success.
- You conduct market research and initiate product tests.
- You support and advise the marketing, communication, and lead generation efforts for our sister business, Factory Kitchen.
- As part of the leadership team, you will work on the corporate strategy and the annual operational and budget planning as well as on realisable performance and growth targets.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally, this is what you bring with you:

- Your professional background includes a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing
- 6 years of professional experience both in marketing positions and in management positions.
- You have strong communication skills, work in a structured and meticulous manner and are network-oriented. You are creative and extremely solution-oriented.
- You have a high degree of natural authority, are an assertive leader who inspires, excites and engages team members with a sense of organisation and personal balance; you foster commitment, trust and collaboration.
- You have a passion for and understanding of entrepreneurial, innovative and creative communities, are visionary and have the development of the brand and the community in mind at all times.
- Business fluent in German and English round off your qualifications.
