Aufgaben
- Als Head of "Commercial Controlling" (m/w/d) steuern Sie alle relevanten strategischen Analyse-Initiativen der Gruppe, die sich mit den Märkten, Vertrieb und Geschäftsentwicklung beschäftigen.
- In Ihrer Rolle sind Sie mit Ihrem Team echte Business Partner für die CFOs der operativen Gesellschaften, die Leiter der Business Units, Sales und Marketing und beraten diese bei der Umsetzung von Performance-Programmen
- Sie initiieren und leiten Commercial Excellence-Engagements, um Potentiale der Gruppe voranzutreiben.
- Sie entwickeln Ihr engagiertes und proaktives Team weiter und unterstützen interne Mitarbeiter im Rahmen von Projekten für Commercial Excellence.
- Sie gestalten mit modernen Führungsideen, Stakeholdermanagement und Neugier Wege, um nachhaltig Erfolge zu erzielen.
- Sie nutzen Daten, Business Intelligence-Tools und ERP-Systeme selbstverständlich, damit Entscheidungen belastbar für die Zukunft getroffen werden können.
- Sie übernehmen die Leitung geschäftsgruppenweiter Projekte zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung wichtiger Controlling
- & Reporting-Tools und -Prozesse in SAP.

Qualifikation
- Sie sind mit einem Diplom/Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre in die Karriere gestartet.
- Sie bringen mind. ca. 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Sales-/Konzerncontrolling in einem internationalen/ globalen Industrieunternehmen mit.
- Auch sind Erfahrungen in einer relevanten Beratungsfirma oder im Controlling eines multinationalen Produktionsunternehmens von Vorteil.
- Eine hohe Affinität zu "Digital Transformation", spürbare intrinsische Motivation,

und ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken zeichnet Sie aus.
- Damit Sie international agieren können, sprechen Sie sehr gut Englisch (und gerne auch Deutsch)
