Summary
For the department "Order Center” in the Customer Services Optronics division we are looking for a "Customer Service Administrator (f/m/d)" in Wetzlar at the earliest opportunity.
The Customer Services is responsible for ensuring the supply of the corresponding HENSOLDT products and the subsequent supply and customer support inclusive the concrete repair processing.
Your Tasks- Integrated Management of repair orders from good receipt to delivery to the customer- Continuous display of the repair process in SAP (IH module) and order tracking inclusive generation of repair cost estimations on basis of SAP and assignment of subcontractor activities- Binding date arrangement with customer and subcontractors- Check of repair documents in preparation for invoicing- Coordination of customs and export processing and assurance of export and ITAR compliance- Communication with national & international customers via telephone or mail in accordance with order management.- Ensure spare parts supply for customers through active support- Interface for Integrated-Logistic-Support and In-Service-Support issues of Wetzlar site to Oberkochen
Your Profile- Completed technical vocational training with additional commercial qualification or commercial vocational training with additional qualification to certified business expert and technical understanding or comparable- Several years of experiences in order processing in Customer Services, in Supply Chain Management or Project Management- Knowledge of Integrated-Logistic-Support (ILS) and In-Service- Experience in service of military products would be an advantage- High technical understanding- Broad SAP-knowledge- Knowledge of export, customs and ITAR- Very good communication and organizational skills as well as autonomous way of working- Negotiation level of German and advanced English skills
