Summary
For the Area "Sales & Programs" we are looking for an "Administrator Sales & Programs (f/m/d)" at the Wetzlar site as soon as possible.
The "Sales & Programs" Area is responsible for incoming orders and sales, complete product management and the handling of large, complex procurement programs.
Your Tasks- Preparation of offers for national and international customers- Advising customers and developing proposals for solutions- Support in the conduct of sales negotiations- Support of our existing customers, our resellers and our partners- Order monitoring/processing, taking into account the processes specified for this purpose, including deadline monitoring and deadline tracking- Market observation and analysis of the market and competitive situation- Scheduling of shipping orders for national and international shipments- Preparation of all documents required for the shipment of goods (e.g. dispatch bills, forwarding orders, postal documents, customs documents, delivery bills, invoices, certificates of origin, movement certificates)- Preparation of all necessary documents according to the terms of the letter of credit
Your Profile- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable- Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment or in a comparable position-
- A good technical understanding- Flexibility as well as a high degree of teamwork- Communication and assertiveness skills- Performance and customer orientation as well as a confident appearance- Good German and English Skills
