**JOB PURPOSE;**
For our office in Berlin, we are looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner (div/f/m), who will help shape an excellent employee journey and act as a sparring partner for specialists and managers.
As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner (div/f/m), you will be responsible for our Employee Journey together with the People & Culture Business Partner Team.
Your central task in this role is to provide high-quality advice on all strategic and operational P&C issues. Together with you, we want to create a working environment based on strong commitment, respectful and transparent communication, and an ambitious and innovative mindset.
You will support us in further developing our corporate culture, using tools and methods for learning and personnel development strategies that ensure steep learning curves and the retention of employees in the company.
Many exciting topics await you: You will spar with our MDs and executives, you will operationalize HR development topics and projects, you will implement the right levers regarding employee retention and mentoring, just to name a few. Furthermore, you help us, with your expertise, to get better day by day.
**YOU;**
- Have a very good command of English and your **German is on native speaker level** (at least C1)
- Have several years of experience as a People & Culture Business Partner (div/f/m) and always act professionally
- Are passionate about People & Culture topics and have the following expertise: Leadership consulting, organization and facilitation of workshops, performance and salary processes, compensation & benefits, as well as cultural organizational topics
- Have very good knowledge of german labor law
- Have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately, building a foundation of trust that makes everyone feel comfortable
- Distinguish yourself through your solution-oriented communication skills, coupled with your knowledge of employment law
- Are highly committed, independent and proactive
- Have an irrepressible passion for people & culture topics, like to surround yourself with strong personalities (MD and lead level) and find the right target group approach for different stakeholders
- Keeps a cool head even with a multitude of topics, is able to prioritize and keeps track of the big picture
- Are able to outline and implement concrete recommendations for action and project plans based on a given strategy
- Ideally, you have already worked in an agency environment, have a hands-on mentality and like to stand up for your opinion
