**Job Description**:
Numbers in your head and first ambitions towards leadership? If dunning and accounts receivable are not foreign words to you, you could be a good fit for us. For our location in Berlin Mitte we are looking for a deputy team leader in receivables management B2B (M/F/d). Ideally with initial professional experience as an accountant, financial accountant or auditor, but also beginners with appropriate commercial training (e.g. office clerk, industrial clerk, tax clerk or bank clerk). We look forward to you

**What you will do**:

- As the Supervisor, you are the first point of contact for the team and answer all technical questions about receivables management B2B & B2C
- You are the link between the team and the team leader and contribute to the good team atmosphere with your helpful and positive manner
- You support the team lead in process optimization and you will monitor the team productivity and give constructive feedback and mentoring as needed
- You still work operationally and handle the dunning procedures and support closing procedures such as write-offs
- You are the main contact for our International Collection Agency partners, and insolvency procedures
- Our finance department is constantly growing: You will help design new processes, support the introduction and work closely with all interfaces (including sales, credit analysis and customer service)

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- You have commercial training, some professional experience in the dunning process or solid background in an accounts receivable position
- A great team is just as important to you as an exciting job
- You have initial experience in managing employees, e.g. in instructing trainees, as a supervisor or deputy team leader (M/F/d)
- You have very good knowledge of English in order to be able to exchange ideas with our international partners; Italian or German would be an advantage
- You feel confident in the complete Office package, especially Excel
