Join our team in our Munich office as a Team Lead and be a driving force behind the growth of the German market, as we strive to be the world's largest and most trusted au pair program.

We are searching for a motivated, energetic individual with a strong passion for sales, marketing, and leadership. As a Team Lead, you will have the autonomy to run your team like a small business, reporting directly to the Country Product Manager based in Düsseldorf.

Your role will be crucial in shaping the strategy for the southern German regions. Your responsibilities will encompass strategy development, sales and marketing initiatives, goal setting, and staff management. Your efforts will have a positive impact, as we transform lives and foster the creation of global families through the au pair program.

**What you will do**:

- Strategize, coordinate and execute sales and marketing initiatives, encompassing lead generation strategies both online and offline, within your given budget.
- Lead 2 direct reports. Develop their sales skills through training and coaching. Track their achievements and provide performance reviews.
- Achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Management of quality control and customer service via contact with US operations operations

**Professional Requirements**
- 3-5 years' work experience in the sales and/or marketing functions, having staff management experience is a plus
- You have a strong business insight and commercial instinct
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full proficiency in German and English
- Ability to prioritize and be efficient - meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word)
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
