**Supervisor, Customer Service (m/w/d**) in Vollzeit an unserem Standort in Höhfröschen/Rheinland-Pfalz.
Was du über Fox wissen solltest: FOX ist ein börsennotiertes US-Unternehmen und seit über drei Jahrzehnten branchenführend in der Konstruktion und Entwicklung von Hochleistungs-Stoßdämpfern und Rennsport-Federungsprodukten für Mountainbikes, Schneemobile, Motorräder, Geländewagen, Lastwagen und SUVs.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- du verantwortest das Customer Support Team
- du übernimmst die Lösungsfindung von anspruchsvollen Situationen und bewahrst dabei einen kühlen Kopf
- du bist verantwortlich für Prozessverbesserungen im Customer Service
- du erstellst regelmäßige Auswertungen über die Kommunikationskanäle im Customer Service
- du bist Ansprechpartner für externe Dienstleister
- du findest Abteilungsübergreifend kundenorientierte Lösungen

**Dein Profil**:

- du kannst Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit Kunden vorweisen
- du bringst Prozesskenntnisse im Bereich Customer Service mit
- du bringst Erfahrung in der Personalführung mit
- du hast ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an unseren Produkten
- du zeigst Bereitschaft und Offenheit kreative Lösungswege zu finden
- du hast ein persönliches Interesse daran, abteilungsintern und übergreifend zu kommunizieren und Herausforderungen offen anzugehen

**Ausbildung**:Du kannst eine Ausbildung in einem vergleichbaren Bereich vorweisen.

**Erfahrung**:Du bringst eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung Bereich Kundensupport, einem kaufmännischen Beruf oder in einem technischen Beruf mit. Dank deiner vorherigen Erfahrung in der Teamführung ist es dir ein leichtes, die Teamführung in dieser Position zu übernehmen.
