**Your Role**:
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to actively shape the reporting process within our Procurement organization. In close interaction with Sourcing Managers and Reporting Experts, you will work on a concept to enhance the financial reporting by adding the dimensions of sustainability and supply security to our performance evaluation. Your activities will include research on the state of science and best practices for a holistic procurement KPI reporting. You conduct interviews with internal and external stakeholders to elaborate prerequisites and requirements towards the future reporting. Furthermore, you analyze the available data, including data gathering, data cleansing, data modelling and data visualization. Based on this work, you develop a concept for a balanced scorecard to allow a holistic view on the performance of our Procurement Organization, considering financial objectives as well as objectives related to sustainability and supply security.

- You are a business, science, or information technology student (Bachelor or master's degree)
- You are highly interested in Finance, reporting, data analytics and KPIs
- You have excellent English skills (spoken and written)
- You are proactive and show organizational and time management skills
- You have strong analytical, communications, and presentation skills as well as good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
