**Business Administration (M/F/d)**:
**_We want you to:_**:

- Manage and oversee the invoicing and billing processes of our Connected Car Products towards markets and customers
- Manage and oversee the invoicing and billing process of our In vehicle marketing platform
- Manage and oversee the performance our In Car Payment Platform
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Implement and maintain billing policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional companies (AutoEver) to resolve billing discrepancies
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with billing regulations and company policies
- Generate and analyze billing reports to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve billing processes
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and contribute to financial reporting
- Collaborate with IT to enhance billing system functionalities and troubleshoot technical issues
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and standards affecting billing practices

**_About you:_**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in billing management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- Strong understanding of billing processes, financial systems, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in relevant billing software and Microsoft 365
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
