Job Overview:

Falken Tyre Europe GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administration Coordinator to join our Sales Support/Administration department for a one-year contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and maintain pricing agreements in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage master data, including prices and customer information, to support sales operations.
  • Process customer credits and invoice corrections in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Create standard forms and presentations to facilitate sales activities.
  • Act as an internal business partner for a sales area, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Report to customers and sales representatives on sales performance and progress.
  • Prepare and report on sales campaigns, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Background in business administration or relevant experience, with a strong understanding of sales operations.
  • Proficient in German and English, with additional European languages a plus.
  • Strong skills in Office 365 programs and Excel, with experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
  • Ability to work independently and goal-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
