Job Overview:

Are you a meticulous professional with expertise in Sales Administration? We are seeking a dedicated team member to fill the role of Sales Administration Employee (m/f/d) within our Sales Support/Administration division on a one-year contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and update pricing agreements in SAP
  • Manage and maintain master data including pricing and customer details
  • Process customer credits and correct invoices
  • Develop standard forms and presentations
  • Serve as an internal business partner for a designated sales area
  • Communicate with customers and sales representatives
  • Prepare and analyze reports on sales campaigns
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in business administration or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in German and English (additional European languages are advantageous)
  • Proficient in Office 365 applications and Excel
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP
  • Capable of working independently and with a goal-oriented mindset
