Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual with expertise in Sales Administration to fill the role of Sales Administration Employee (m/f/d) within our Sales Support/Administration division. This position is offered on a one-year contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and update pricing agreements within SAP
  • Manage and maintain master data, including pricing and customer details
  • Handle customer credits and rectify invoices
  • Develop standard documentation and presentations
  • Serve as an internal business partner for designated sales areas
  • Communicate effectively with customers and sales representatives
  • Prepare and analyze reports on sales initiatives
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in business administration or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous
  • Strong command of Office 365 applications, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP
  • Capable of working autonomously and focused on achieving goals
