The Business Line RF Processing (RFP BL) is 1 of the 4 businesses of NXP Semiconductors. The BL consists of 2 automotive businesses and a medical business. Our Radar product line is focusing on enabling the car to sense its environment for advanced driver assistance toward autonomous driving and zero road fatalities. The product line Car Infotainment supports the entire automotive chain from the antenna to the speakers. Next to this, we have our Health business focusing on the development of Health IoT solutions

The HRBP represents the HR function in the Product Line (PL) Management Teams of the RFP BL and works with the PL General Managers and the team managers on the HR cycle of the employees (performance management, career development, total rewards, training and development, and succession planning). The HRBP consults, advises and coaches the PL management in all HR related topics, HR processes and policies.

The role requires an active participation in the PL Workforce Planning (in line with short
- mid & long-term business plans) and the active support of staffing initiatives (hiring, transferring, exit management). This includes the assessment of organizational talent capabilities and the identification of gaps.

We are looking to fill this key position at one of our sites in Germany (Hamburg, Munich), The Netherlands (Eindhoven, Nijmegen) or France (Toulouse).

**Further responsibilities**:

- Support MT’s in their growth towards a culture of High Performance by creating & executing Team Effectiveness programs.
- Build and maintain a strong cooperation with global and local teams HR leaders to establish effective university relationships and other partnerships (ensure a talent pipeline).
- Consults on succession plans. Drives and facilitates management team in HR planning, assessment, and succession plan reviews.
- Partners with C&B Center of Excellence for program rollouts and competitive practices.
- Actively works with management on employee engagement, wellbeing and diversity initiatives. Establishes a high level of trust within the organization.
- Partners in special HR projects across the overall Business line. Facilitate team workshops in the areas of succession planning, performance management, and other programs.
- Participates in the set-up and implementation of global L&D programs. Helps identify development opportunities for talent within the business unit and tracks progress on development action plans.

**Required profile**:

- Experience in the use of metrics and analytics in a way that drives business performance.
- Extensive travel up to 25% is required
- Proven experience in working effectively within a matrixed environment and building alignment in a cross functional and cross geography team environment.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills and excellent listening skills.
- Team player who demonstrates the ability to relate to employees at all levels of the company and who is sensitive to cultural differences across regions/countries.
