**Your Tasks**:
**Be a thought partner**
- You act as a solution-oriented sparring partner for Supply Chain & Finance Teams, supporting them in all people-related aspects of shaping their areas.
- You feel comfortable in the role of the trusted advisor who constructively challenges established ways of thinking.
- You develop the right set of strategic HR initiatives for your area of responsibility, e.g. fostering diversity and inclusion, or embedding new ways of working in our culture.

**Be a change driver**
- You are agile in driving organizational change by growing ideas for new structures and processes into practical concepts
- You bring them to life, implementing all actions to ensure operational and organizational excellence.

**Deliver HR business**
- You steer all HR processes such as talent and performance management, leadership coaching and development, personnel cost planning, as well as recruitment in close collaboration with line managers
- You work together with a functional team of HR professionals (e.g. recruiters, HR generalists, payroll specialists, global mobility experts) to deliver excellence in execution

**Develop our function**
- Identify improvement ideas to increase impact, effectiveness or employee experience in global and local HR processes/structures and take ownership to change them

**Your Profile**:

- University degree
- Experience from HR in global environment, experience as HR Business Partner is a plus
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with excellence in implementation and a strong sense for business needs
- Analytical and conceptual skills combined with pragmatism and agility
- People oriented team player with empathy as well as leadership for topics
- Fluent in English (more language skills are welcome)
- International experience in a for you foreign country is a plus

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.

Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
