**Ihr Beitrag**:

- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des HR Teams (5 Mitarbeiterinnen, Betreuung von ca. 400 Beschäftigten)
- Steuerung und Verantwortung der HR Prozesse und des HR Budgets
- Mitglied des Managementboards
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management in operativen und konzeptionellen
HR Themen
- Beratungsfunktion der Managementkollegen sowie der Führungskräfte sowie Ansprechpartner für den Betriebsrat
- Steuerung des unternehmensweiten Personalbedarfs sowie Personalcontrolling
- Strategische Projektarbeit und -lenkung
- Organisationsentwicklung und Personalentwicklung
- Kollaboration mit anderen Personalleitungen der Löwenstein Gruppe

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder juristisches Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder Arbeitsrecht
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Personalmanagement idealerweise in mittelständischen Familienunternehmen
- motivierende und inspirierende Führungsperson und Leidenschaft, das Unternehmen und die HR Prozesse stets weiterzuentwickeln
- ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Verantwortungsvolle und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Flexible, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität
- Kommunikatives und sprachlich sicheres Auftreten
