Lead Strategy and Implementation Marketing

**YOUR TALENT**:

- 7 - 10 years experience in the fashion/streetwear industry
- Ability to forecast trends in fashion, streetwear and consumer behaviour
- Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies while aligning with the overall brand vision
- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and metrics, deriving insights to optimize marketing campaigns
- Experience in planning and executing mulitchannel marketing campaigns
- Proficency with Microsoft Powerpoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**YOUR MISSION**:
Collaborate with cross-functional BU Marketing team pillars, including Content Creation and PR/Social Influence, to ensure the implementation of BU Marketing strategies. Work closely with regions to ensure strategies are effectively executed in their respective markets.

Sportstyle Strategy Development:

- Work closely with the Director of Marketing to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the Sportstyle BU’s business objectives across Prime, Prime Partnerships, Core and Kids
- Collaborate with product, design and go-to-market teams to develop the narrative for T1 and T2 franchises
- Create strategic marketing presentations for use by the business unit, regional markets and other internal stakeholders
- Create clear reports showcasing the global and regional support for Tier 1 and 2 franchises
- Collaborate with Global Social Team to ensure content and strategy align with the BU.

Sportstyle Strategy Implementation:

- Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of the seasonal franchise strategies
- Work closely and guide regional markets to implement the global Sportstyle strategies in their markets
- Collaborate with BU marketing department to implement the strategic franchise framework in their respective pillars (Content Creation and PR/Social)
- Responsible for supporting the overall sell in and strategy activities for the Sportstyle Prime Partnerships
- Responsible for and leading the team for: sell in production, seasonal showroom updates, seasonal copy needs.
