About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to lead the development of industry-leading footwear color and material executions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and effective design solutions that meet the needs of our consumers and align with our brand's vision.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of color and material trends, as well as excellent design skills and experience in the footwear industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing seasonal and long-term design direction for footwear color and materials
  • Designing and developing new products and collections
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and development
  • Communicating design ideas and concepts through presentations and other visual aids

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in footwear design, fashion design, or related industry
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of color and material trends, as well as excellent design skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
