Head of People Administration

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Führung und Steuerung eines dreiköpfigen Teams mit den Schwerpunkten HR-Controlling, Payroll und Administration
- Planung, Analyse und Berichtswesen der operativen und strategischen Personal-KPI´s für einen definierten Betreuungskreis
- Standardisierung des Personalcontrollings inklusive Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Zielgruppengerechte Aufbereitung, Darstellung und Interpretation komplexer Datenmengen für Reports und Ad-hoc Analysen
- Koordination und HR-seitige Begleitung der Personalkostenplanungsprozesse sowie Budgetplanung inklusive Analyse im Jahresverlauf
- Identifikation und Analyse von Planungsabweichungen sowie folgender gezielter Handlungsempfehlungen und Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Regelmäßige Auswertung und Reporting an Geschäfts
- und Personalleitung
- Verantwortung für komplexe teaminterne und -übergreifende Projekte
- Verantwortung für die zuverlässige Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung und alle dazu gehörenden Folgeaktivitäten für verschiedene Gesellschaften - zusammen mit Ihrem Team

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit den Schwerpunkten Controlling oder Personalmanagement wünschenswert, mindestens abgeschlossene kaufm. Ausbildung
- Signifikante mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalcontrolling in einer mittelständischen Unternehmensgruppe, gerne innerhalb einer Matrixorganisation
- Erste fachliche und disziplinarische Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Reporting komplexer (variabler) Vergütungsmodelle
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Payroll sowie Lohnsteuer
- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung von HR-Controlling-Tools wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine eigenverantwortliche zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere mit MS-Excel
- Fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
