Die PreciPoint GmbH mit Hauptsitz in Freising bei München entwickelt intelligente Mikroskopsysteme und innovative Analysesoftware, und trägt somit zur Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Laboren bei. Unser Kundenkreis erstreckt sich von medizinischen Laboren und Forschungseinrichtungen bis hin zur Industrie.
Zur umfänglichen Betreuung unseres stetig wachsenden Teams suchen wir an unserem Hauptsitz in **Freising** **zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt** eine/n **Head of People (m/w/d) in Vollzeit **(40 h/W).

**Deine Hauptaufgaben**:

- Führung der Personalabteilung mit Zuständigkeit für alle Unternehmensstandorte
- Du betreust das gesamte PreciPoint-Team vollumfänglich vom On
- bis Off-Boarding, Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen und Führungskräfteentwicklung
- Neue Mitarbeiter akquirierst du, zusammen mit Deinem Team, sicher durch aktives und passives Recruiting
- Du erstellst Berichte und HR-Budgetplanungen für die Geschäftsführung
- Du bist der Ansprechpartner für Behörden und externe Partner in allen personellen Angelegenheiten und stellst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Vorgaben sicher
- Du verantwortest das Office Management und die Administration des HRM-Systems (HRworks)

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Studium im Bereich Personalwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Du begeisterst deine Mitmenschen mit überdurchschnittlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Arbeitsrecht
- und Abrechnungskenntnisse sind ein Plus
- Interesse an technischen Themen und Neugier gegenüber allen Fachbereichen
- Sichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft und PKW-Führerschein
