Texas Instruments is seeking a Process Engineering Intern within the Technology & Manufacturing Group.

From working in our clean room environment on advanced tools and equipment, from process set ups to statistical methods, you’ll be part of an organization that has the world’s most advanced factories, leading edge processes and world class engineering talent.

In this role you will focus on photolithography process development. You will work on current development projects and be part of all activities reaching from design to verification on silicon.

The role includes activities such as:

- Understand lithography processes, especially greyscale lithography
- Run DOEs and analyze measurement data
- Create models which describe the lithography image generation
- Supportive modelling with PROLITH
- Adjust mask designs based on simulation data

**Minimum requirements**:

- Currently pursuing Master’s degree in areas such as Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
- German language level B2

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Strong in physics and mathematics
- Open minded and willingness to learn
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results, influential relationships
- Good listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills
