**Head of Electrical Engineering & Automation (f/m/d)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Führung und Entwicklung der Abteilung Electrical Engineering and Automation, einschließlich Einarbeitung und Schulungen, Aufgabenverteilung, Zielsetzung und Leistungsmanagement für die Teams und direct Reports
- Ermittlung des Budgetbedarfs und Abstimmung mit dem Head of Engineering
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Elektrotechnik, Automation und IT/OT, insbesondere für die Fachbereiche Produktion, QK und SiSS, sowie dem Betreiber Facility & Utilities, für deren Bedarf an Elektro-/automationstechnischen Support bei der Betriebserhaltung und bei Projektierungen neuer Systeme sowie von technischem Equipment
- Sicherstellen und bedarfsweise aktives Entwickeln von effizienten administrativen und organisatorischen Prozessen im Verantwortungsbereich, unter anderem durch Standardisierungen, in Abstimmung mit den Schnittstellen zu den Process Ownern aus den involvierten Fachbereichen, wie der QA, PMO, Einkauf, Finance & Accounting und der IT
- Management der Abteilung und deren Aufgaben
- bei Neuprojektierungen, Betriebserhaltung und Verbesserungen der Betriebselektrik, der Automationsysteme und der IT/OT
- bei der elektrotechnischen Arbeitsschutzorganisation in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung HSE
- unter Berücksichtigung relevanter Regularien, Normen, interner und externen Genehmigungsverfahren, sowie spezifischer GMP- und Strahlenschutzanforderungen
- bei der Abstimmung und Gewährleistung der vereinbarten Service-Level Agreements der betreuten Systeme, insbesondere zusammen mit der Maintenance und der IT
- bezüglich einer adäquaten technischen und pharmazeutisch erforderlichen Dokumentation der Systeme und daran durchgeführter Maßnahmen, sowie der Erstellung von erforderlichen GMP-Dokumenten
- bei der operativen und administrativen CSV der Systemlandschaft

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium (vorzugsweise im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik oder Elektrotechnik oder ein vergleichbares Studium oder Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung bei der Projektierung und dem Betrieb automations
- bzw. elektrotechnischer Systeme, idealerweise im chemisch/pharmazeutischen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hands-on Mentalität
- Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Führungsqualitäten sowohl im Hinblick auf die Abteilung als auch bei Eskalationen bei externen Dienstleistern und internen Anliegen
- Gute Problemlösungskompetenz
