Aquiva Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our growing Revenue Team.-
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Conduct prospecting activities to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions based on Aquiva Labs' service offerings.
- Work closely with the pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure an excellent customer experience while transitioning from pre-to-post sales engagements.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market dynamics.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience identifying and closing $100K+ services opportunities with multiple decision makers.
- Experience driving net-new business from lead to close.
- Coachable, flexible, and resilient.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a growth-mindset.
- Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively lead client meetings and presentations.
- Highly organized; ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously and prioritize your time.
- 5+ years of successful selling and closing experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience selling in the Salesforce and/or financial services & healthcare industries is a preferred.
