Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir bundesweit, idealerweise an den Standorten Hamburg oder Berlin ab sofort einen **Head of Solution Onboarding (w/m/d)**

**Dein Aufgabenbereich**
- Führung, Unterstützung und Coaching eines Teams von Onboarding-Spezialisten
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, um deren Anforderungen, Erwartungen und Geschäftsprozesse in komplexen Kundenfällen zu verstehen und Projektumfang, -ziele und -zeitpläne zu definieren.
- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Projektplänen, Qualitätsstandards und Best Practices während des gesamten Implementierungsprozesses und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Qualitätskontrollen
- Vorantreiben von Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Implementierungsprozessen, -methoden und -Werkzeugen und Identifikation von Möglichkeiten zur Automatisierung, Effizienzsteigerung und Standardisierung

**Dein Anforderungsprofil**
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder Studium im betriebswirtschaftlichen/technischen Bereich
- Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Solution Onboarding, auch im Software-Umfeld
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse von Software-Implementierungsmethoden, Systemintegrationen und Projektmanagement
- Du hast mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung und/oder im Coaching von Teams und kannst etwaige Konflikte lösen
- Mit deiner positiven und überzeugenden Persönlichkeit fällt es dir leicht, andere zu motivieren und zu inspirieren. Du bist ein gutes Vorbild und ein echter Team-Player und unterstützt deine Kollegen, wo du kannst
- Dich zeichnen Kommunikationsstärke, Kontaktfreudigkeit und Kundenorientierung aus
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
