**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Management**:

- Comprehensive understanding of all company products.
- Collaborating with the methodological department to articulate the benefits and unique features of offered products (B2C and B2B).
- Identifying the target customer base for both B2C and B2B sectors.

**Pricing Strategy and Brand Development**:

- Determining product pricing strategies and principles, including adjustments and discount structures.
- Crafting brand identity elements and overseeing the creation of a brand book for consistent brand representation.

**Marketing and Promotional Activities**:

- Developing and endorsing sales channels for all company products.
- Initiating and coordinating promotional events with internal teams or external partners.
- Approving promotional initiatives, setting budget parameters, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for assessing their effectiveness.

**Sales Funnel Management and Analysis**:

- Establishing sales funnels based on verified data acquired from previous sales.
- Introducing sales funnels into company operations and monitoring their performance.
- Continuously refining sales funnels to enhance sales efficiency (i.e., increasing sales conversion rates while reducing the number of leads).

**Content Strategy and Customer Engagement**:

- Managing content across social media platforms and ensuring website functionality.
- Ensuring up-to-date product information availability and overseeing the distribution of materials to clients/potential clients by the customer service department.
- Providing necessary payment details to potential buyers and coordinating with accounting as required.

**Leadership and Reporting**:

- Enhancing operational processes and establishing operational guidelines.
- Developing and approving weekly work plans and delivering reports as per company protocols.
- Conducting daily coordination meetings with the team manager for alignment and strategic adjustments.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Demonstrated **experience in marketing and sales roles**, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in **German and English/Russian** languages.
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Familiarity with market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, as well as collaborate with peers and senior management effectively.
