**Intro Paragraph**:
As ESG Team Assistant in the ESG Department at ib vogt, you will support the ESG Corporate IMS Team in promoting and ensuring occupational health and safety (OHS) standards for ibv’s employees.

**Your Job**:

- Provide general administrative support to the team, including organizing and coordinating meetings and related activities as well as taking minutes.
- Be the contact person for team relevant suppliers, consultants, and contacts.
- Management of team filing system on SharePoint and maintaining of document templates.
- Management of team communication websites on SharePoint.
- Organize team events.
- Be the contact person for suppliers and ISO-contacts.
- Support in topics concerning occupational health and safety, environmental and energy management including contribution to the drafting of documents and templates.

**Your profile**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in team or executive assistance or relevant field.
- Proficient IT skills, in particular Microsoft 365 palette including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrable skills in producing texts e.g., to explain health and safety aspects to colleagues.
- High level of proficiency in English and German, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety processes and standards is a plus.
- Experience of operating in international environments is a plus.
- Critical and solution-orientated attitude and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and work in multiple topics simultaneously.
- Good team player, ability to work and support the team.
